Ever since I was 15 years old I have loooved photography and now have come to live it! After my son was born 8 years ago, he inspired me to become a portrait photographer with every shot I took of him. Because of his inspiration, I treasure the image of him blowing a dandelion and it is a constant reminder of what is important in life.
Tracy Allyn Photography is a custom portrait studio in the Dallas, Texas area. I specialize in photographing children, families, high school seniors, babies, newborns, maternity & relationships between couples. Corporate head shots are also available. I absolutely love to create contemporary, whimsical portraits that you will treasure for a lifetime. Book your session today... whether it is funky and urban, a natural setting, in your home, or at the studio!
Thanks for stopping by... I hope you enjoy the images as much as I enjoy creating them! I would love to hear some of your comments so please feel free to leave some blog love! Make sure to visit my website for session information!
Welcome Baby Emma {Dallas Newborn Photographer}
Remember this little one? She was very close to arriving when her family joined me for a session full of love just a few months ago. Naturally, I was so excited when her mommy, Lindsay asked me to do her newborn pictures. Little Emma may have waited awhile before she fell asleep for us but once she did she was out. Which gave us lots of time to get some sweet sleepy shots and for me to chat with Lindsay and her mom, Lori, during the shoot... love them!
Congratulations to Lindsay, Chris, and big brother, Tanner, on such a beautiful addition to your family!

Brooke... more to come {Dallas Senior Photographer}
This beautiful young lady is Brooke... and I'll be sharing more from her sorority recruitment session soon. But for now, I just love this super classy sunlit shot at the country club.

Revisiting Past Sessions {Dallas Couples Photographer}
Fall is such a crazy time for us photographers, so it stands to reason that it is pretty darn near impossible to blog every session. Tonight I started looking back through images that I never got around to sharing here. These are just a few from one such session. Sarika and her hubby treated their whole family to a large group portrait session. Such a sweet gift and wanted to share a few from that very cold November afternoon of this generous couple.

Coming Soon to the Blog... This New Arrival {Dallas Newborn Photographer}
This sweet little angel will have her own full blog post very soon...But for now I just had to share one of my favorite's of baby Emma.

Timelines... part 2 {Texas and Dallas Teen Photographer}
Just one more day until I get to see my longtime best friend, Jenn. I love it when my portrait sessions allow me a little travel time. This weekend I am shooting a session with a repeat client in The Woodlands. What a perfect excuse for me to extend my plans and stay a few nights down in Sugarland with Jenn and her family.
During Spring Break my son and I traveled to Sugarland / Houston area and while there I loved shooting a session with Jenn's kids. Caroline and Jack are such amazing people. I still can't believe how grown up they are! Jack just celebrated a birthday yesterday... Happy 14th, Jack! So in honor of his day, my upcoming trip, and as promised earlier... here are more images from the session shot the last time I saw them. Hopefully I can sneak in a few more of them while I'm there this time. ;-)
