Kim, Todd & Co. {Dallas Family Photographer}

This family could not be more beautiful... Not just the way they look but the relationships among them.  I love how playful they all are and I think the happiness and love shows in the images.  Kim & Todd and their kids were all great and I really loved the way the boys, Cole and Ryan, treated Jenna... (sigh).  Big brothers are the best and I can tell they will always be her protectors.

Spring is approaching and our beautiful green grass and trees will be here before we know it.

Big Blue Eyes {Dallas Baby & Family Photographer}

I can't tell you how fortunate I feel that so many of this year's portrait sessions are with repeat clients.  Makes a girl feel loved!  When I met Dylan last year I was floored by his big blue eyes.  And yep... nothing has changed.  Those eyes still amaze me!  Jesse, Jamie and little Dylan played at the park with me one Sunday morning and it was absolute perfection!

High School Bound {Dallas Family Photographer}

Grace is a graduate... she graduated from her private middle school here in Dallas and is now high school bound!   She'll be continuing on to the upper school this fall.  And what better way to celebrate than with a photo shoot right after the ceremony?   Grace and her wonderful parents, Martin and Rebecca, were joined by grandparents, uncles, cousins, and plenty of family... she is largely loved!   We captured so many memories... from the whole group to smaller groups and all the way down to individuals of each person.  But for posting today I want to celebrate Grace for her special moment.

You may have seen Grace before when she did a shoot with her bestie last fall and then followed it the next month with a family session.  She has such a fun spirit and is always so easy to shoot.   We even waded in the creek, despite them going straight to a dinner celebration after the shoot.   But hey, it did feel good on that 100 degree day!   Hope you had as much fun as I did!

Congratulations, gorgeous!

Blonde Curls and Blue Eyes {Dallas Family Photographer}

I first met Asher and his beautiful mom, Caren when they came along to a session with Asher's cousins...who just happen to be some of my favorite clients!  During that session we included Asher in a few photos and I just love his super blonde curls and big, blue eyes!    So I was really happy when Caren contacted me for a full session.   It was great meeting dad, John, and playing with all of them at Turtle Creek.   I think John had just as much fun as Asher... swinging and making me duck calls.  And I loved seeing the excitement in Asher's face as Caren blew bubbles for him to chase!

I hope you enjoy your preview Caren & John!

New Texans! {Dallas Child & Family Photographer}

Okay... so they aren't totally new to Texas... it's been several months since they migrated from the Midwest.  But, still, I would like to officially welcome Ray & Kristen and their beautiful kids, Chloe and Parker to the Lone Star State!   When she first contacted me to book a session, Kristen said she likes playful shots in a fun natural setting.  Hmmm... do you think the "after the slide static shot" of Parker's hair was what she had in mind?   Cracks me up!   And what's not to love about hugging your little brother so hard it looks like you're choking him?

Thanks for playing at the park with me...I had fun with you guys!
Enjoy your preview!
